Information about Ordering: Place an Order
Our orders are all online. In case you want to order over the phone, our executive is going to help you in making your online account and ordering the items you want to. When you have placed an order, we are going to send you an acknowledgment via an e-mail. Our fax, phone, and email addresses are present in the Contact Us section of the website. We are going to begin processing your order solely after receiving the payment from your end. Our hours of business
In case the material is already available or in stock, we are going to dispatch in 1 business day and you should get the materials in 72 business hours. If the items are out of stock or if it is a special order, the delivery times range from 1 to 3 weeks. In case we cannot fulfill your order, we are going to refund your whole amount in 15 business days. In case the order times are more than what we have promised you, we are going to get in touch with you for determining if you wish to execute the order with a new time for delivery. In the event that you do not want to execute the order during that time, we are going to refund you the whole amount.
We invoice every transaction and charge all taxes according to the regulations. We charge GST according to the product category determined by the Government of India./p>
Excise Duty and MODVAT
If applicable, we charge excise duty. We either include excise in price or separately display it during the time of checkout, whichever is applicable. Methods of Payment

- We have the right to cancel any order on any grounds. Probable causes to cancel consist of but are not restricted to the following.
- Wrong pricing - Owing to the volatility of the market for collectible products at times, huge price fluctuations sometimes occur. Hence, we have the right to draw out any item from any order and offer a complete refund to the customer for that particular item.
- Potentially fraudulent order - Prior to shipping orders, we conduct a check to ensure they are legitimate. In case the check does not work, we can cancel your order.
- In case we cannot service the order due to the non-availability of items among any of our vendors.
- Not paying Non-COD orders - In case we do not receive the payment in a reasonable amount of time after the order is placed, we can cancel the order without giving you prior notice.
- In case the procurement is taking longer than 7 working days and you do not want to wait for long.
- If our courier partners do not service your pin code.
